4 Merry Mocktails To Try This Season

In partnership with The Health Improvement Commission

It can be all too easy to overindulge at this time of year, and even with the best of intentions it can be difficult to find tasty and tempting alternatives to alcohol on a night out, whether you want a dry evening or just want to pace yourself during the festivities. Luckily, your options in Guernsey just opened up.

The The Health Improvement Commission has joined forces with local bar, Mojito, to launch a menu of mocktails to give you a selection of fun and festive non-alcoholic drinks so you won't feel that you're missing out and you don't have to settle for endless fizzy soft drinks.

Whether you're choosing not to drink or simply want to reduce your alcohol intake in line with the Commission's Count 14 Campaign, you can order from a choice of fancy mocktails at the bar in Mojito and keep your drinking within the recommended guidelines over the festive period.

They have shared their recipe cards with us, so you can recreate their mocktails at home too. Take a look at our favourites below.

1. Ho Ho Nojito

You will need: ½ lime for the muddled lime, 8 mint leaves, 50ml of apple juice and 20ml of soda.
