Once Upon A Dress

Do you love fashion? Are you curious about clothes, who wore them, when and where? Then this fashion event is for you.

The Once Upon a Dress exhibition is a celebration of cherished pieces of clothing, all of which have a story to tell and a link with Guernsey. Showing over three days, the exhibition is a fundraiser for the charity Guernsey for Freedom.

The theme this year is nature and biodiversity, shining a spotlight on the island’s hidden fashion treasures, with a special appearance from ecological fashion designer Lucy Tammam.

Lucy was recently named a Vogue “Designer to Watch” and her award winning One Dress is a collaborative piece of art and was featured during London Fashion Week and has been exhibited at several international climate awareness events.

Friday 19 June, between 9.30am - 12.30pm

Drop in coffee & conversations, entry on the door.

Talks on the hour & every half hour from Lucy Tammam and Kay Davidson.
