Our Co-founder Stefanie's Christmas Wish List.

All I want for Christmas is? To be honest, I’m having a baby the week before and only going on maternity leave the week before so a bit of peace and quiet and some alone time might not be on the cards.

But it's not a time of year that I have much time to think about myself, as it’s my mum’s 70th birthday and my daughter’s 2nd birthday in December too. So my wish list is mainly focused on finding time for myself with a little self care.

1.  The Organic Pharmacy Antioxidant Face Gel & Serum Duo Kit

Ever since being treated to an in-store facial at a Plaisirs event, I have made this product a part of my every day routine. I love the simple ingredients and the way I noticed a genuine difference to my skin after just a few days. It has served me really well this year during my second pregnancy and my bottles are just about to run out, so a new duo is definitely on my list. (It’s such a good deal as a duo too!)

Organic Pharmacy Antioxidant Face Gel & Serum Duo Kit - £105

2.  M&S Chelsea Boots

If ANYONE can locate these for me in a size 8 wide fit then please pop them under the tree for me because I am having the worst luck trying to locate them. I even ordered them and then the order was cancelled as they were sold out from under me. I just want a pair of shoes that aren't a pair of white trainers, which have been my go to for a couple of years now. I think these are the perfect addition to my simple wardrobe for the next few months - ideal with a dress or just over leggings.

M&S Chelsea Boots - £69

3.  UGG Tasman Slippers

Let’s face it with a newborn and a two year old, does anyone actually see me getting out of the house this winter? So I have popped a good pair of slippers on my list. These UGGs have been on my list for a while but TikTok keeps (rather unhelpfully) selling them out.

UGG Tasman Slippers - £100

4.  Beurer Infrared Heat Lamp

I’ve been doing a lot of research on red light therapy and wellness. These small lamps are brilliant for home use for sore muscles and general wellbeing, especially at this time of year. I see it as a good way to try it out regularly before investing in something more substantial if needed.

Beurer Infrared Heat Lamp - £40

5.  LSW Mind Notes Journal

I have long since accepted that having young children does not bode well for anyone who thinks they have time for morning pages first thing, so I think a well planned out journal with prompts and time for reflection is an excellent place to start. I like this one because it’s simple - can be filled in at the end of the day and is based upon therapy and behavioural research. I also like that it is a Monday to Friday layout so you can have a couple of days off without breaking your streak.

LSW Mind Notes available from Sam Roze - £23.99
