Rose Reiki
Reiki is a type of healing based on ancient Eastern practices which recognises that life energy, or chi, flows through all living things.
Rose Reiki combines reiki techniques with Rose Alchemy and crystals to activate the positive flow of energy in our bodies, promoting overall health and wellbeing.
Lisette Ellis is the Founder and sole Reiki Master Practitioner at Rose Reiki, based at the Bella Spa in the grounds of the Bella Luce Hotel. She is registered with the UK Reiki Federation and offers both In-person and Distance Reiki in line with its Code of Practice.
Moon Musings and Energy Chakras
Lisette will be speaking about ways we can harness the potent energies of the moon cycle, and sharing how some ofthese energies will have an impact on us for many months ahead. She will explore the lunar cycles, with a deep dive into the energetic, solar and lunar aspects of the season. Her musing will be combined with Rose Alchemy and Reiki, tools which can aid deeper reflection and usher in more balance and abundance in your life..
Lisette will also be running small group reiki sessions throughout the day and she will be happy to chat with you and share her expertise.
Meet Lisette
Lisette's passion is to help others to heal themselves, and she does this using safe, gentle yet powerful vibrational healing modalities including Reiki, Rose Alchemy and crystals to nurture your mind, body and spirit.
Lisette's conviction that energy medicine successfully treats the whole person was reinforced a few years ago when it helped her to fully recover from a work-related stress breakdown.
She now practices daily self-reiki to achieve the balance necessary for a busy modern life and to be a worthy channeler of reiki to others.
