Mindfulness is about bringing awareness to your moment-to-moment experience without judgement, bringing a kindly curiosity to what’s showing up in the present moment, in both your mind and your body.

With mindfulness practice you can begin to reclaim those opportunities to just stop, and to connect more deeply with all of life’s moments, whatever they may be.

Mindfulness has been shown to help reduce stress, gain increased self-awareness and support us in experiencing a greater sense of wellbeing.

Meet Alana

Mindful Isles’ founder Alana Marquis is a certified Mindfulness instructor. She has trained at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University, North Wales, where she is about to complete a masters’ degree in Teaching Mindfulness.

Alana is passionate about sharing what she has learned, and she will be running small group mindfulness sessions throughout the day. She will be happy to chat with you and share her expertise.
