You may be feeling a Full Moon ‘hangover’ after last week's lunar eclipse. When the energy gets so intense, it can take some time to ground back down and let yourself integrate what has come up for you.
You may have noticed your family and friends are a little on edge too. Don’t take it personally - most people will be feeling a little on edge whether they relate it to the moon or not.
Check in with your friends, see how they are feeling and invite them out into nature with you. The simple things can be the most grounding like getting your feet in the sand and catching up with a friend.
